Safety and Liability 

Randolph Arts Guild takes all possible precautions to reduce risk and provide safe, healthy and enjoyable experiences. The Attendee warrants that they are able to follow directions for all activities in the studio/class. They acknowledge that risks from participation in class activities exist and that the attendee has allowed themselves to attend the class knowing these risks and their possible consequences including personal injury, stain or damaging of clothing or other personal belongings.

Attendees agree that they will not hold Randolph arts guild liable for any personal injury, property damage or loss of insurance. The attendee agrees to release and hold harmless the Randolph Arts Guild, from all liability incurred as a result of the attendee’s participation in the workshop/class.

Refund a policy

There is no refund for class registration or failure to attend

Special exception requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed by the Board of Directors and agreed upon By all parties

Randolph Arts Guild reserves the right to modify the class, change instructors or class/workshop site if necessary

In the unlikely occurrence that Randolph arts guild must cancel or postpone a class reimbursements will be given in the original form of payment when possible. If not possible A check for the registration amount will be issued

I understand that upon the completion of this registration to agree to all terms listed above which remain applicable for the time. I have registered for and attend the class/workshop
