Sales of artwork will be available for purchase through the Guild’s gift shop, Morings Fine Crafts, open Wednesday – Saturday, 11:00am – 5:00pm (subject to change for holidays). This is a Juried art exhibition, where all work to be displayed will be chosen by the juror(s) at their discretion. Work not selected to be part of the show will be returned to the artist prior to the show, scheduling permitting. Artists will be notified of the juror’s decisions after the process is complete. Cash Prizes will be given for Best in Show ($150), First Place ($100), Second Place ($75) and Third Place ($50). Plus 1-3 honorable mentions pries ($25) decided by Juror(s) In the section below, please answer all “REQUIRED”(*) questions in order for your artwork to be displayed and sold. It is important for all parties involved to understand all of the details; preferences of the artists, the responsibility of each party, and RAG’s consignment partnership. Artists; retail prices must include your commission as well as RAGs portion of the sale as outlined on the artist consignment agreement at the bottom of this form. Authenticity: The image(s) entered are of your own personally handcrafted,original artwork, created within the past two years. No commercially produced (items created and/or assembled by another company or organization) items will be exhibited and sold. 2. Exhibition: Image(s), artist name and details of artwork submitted, will be publicly displayed in the Sara Smith Self Gallery located at 123 Sunset Ave, Asheboro, NC 27203 and may be displayed online through the Randolph Arts Guild website, and Social Media pages (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest). (Artist phone number and address will not be shared with the public.) Any artwork that has previously been on display in the Sara Smith Self Gallery or through Morings Fine Crafts (on location or online) will not be accepted. 3. Consignment: Any entrees will be available for sale through Morings Fine Crafts in the Randolph Arts Guild and the Sara Smith Self Gallery. The “41st Annual Juried Art Show & gallery sale will be active through Wednesday 30, 2025. If you wish to extend the sale of your artwork beyond this date, you must call 336.629.0399 to discuss details. A consignment check reflecting a 65% Artist and 35% RAG split of the retail cost, will be mailed to the artist within 30 days following the last day of the exhibition, April 30, 2025. 4. Artwork: Must be ready for display based on medium, including framed with appropriate hanging hardware. If the artwork requires special installation methods, artists are asked to call 336.629.0399 to discuss arrangements to display. The artwork must be delivered to the Randolph Arts Guild no later than Monday March 24, 2025 by 5:00pm. Jurors will have full discretion to select the works to be displayed in the Sara Smith Self Gallery. Following the exhibition, artwork which was not sold, must be retrieved by Saturday May 3rd, 2025. 5. Payment: Entry fee may be paid upon art drop off by Debit/Credit Card, Cash or Check made out to the Randolph Arts Guild. Entry fees are $30.00 for members and $35.00 for non-members.
